C 100 Compact Type Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 3375/2250 l. MEKA Twin-shaft mixer and the capacity of this plant is 100 m³/hour. It is equipped with a 4x 25 m³ MEKA Inline Type Aggregate Bin which has fully galvanized discharge chutes, a weighing hopper and a weighing conveyor. The inline Type Aggregate Bin is equipped with opening and closing top covers. The sand compartment of the aggregate inline bin includes a microwave-type moisture probe to adjust the water quantity exactly.
This Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with a hot deep galvanized main chassis. The supporting legs, main structure, cement, water and additive weight batchers, platforms, stairs, and parapets of the main chassis are all completely hot-deep galvanized. The main chassis is fully covered by trapeze cladding.
Yapı Merkezi is very satisfied about the hig performance and durability of the Meka Concrete Plant in this big and special Project in Slovenia.
The Mexican aggregate production industry is evolving faster than ever. The increasing demand for roads, housing and infrastructure in the country creates a need to produce more and more raw materials at competitive prices with minimal environmental impact. The constant and consistent supply of quality aggregates is one of the industry’s prime challenges.
