Yapı Merkezi has again chosen a Meka Concrete Batching Plant for their Project in Slovenia.
Yapı Merkezi was awarded for the Divaca-Koper Railway, which is the largest infrastructure project in Slovenia. Meka engineers have installed a C 100 Compact Concrete batching plant for that project. Within the scope of the 1st LOT of Divaca-Koper Railway, with a contract price of 403 million 613 thousand 361 Euros, tunnels with a total of 25 thousand 463 meters will be opened with the New Austrian Explosion Method. The first part of the project is planned to be completed in 40 months.
The contract value of Divaca-Koper Railway LOT 2 is 224.7 million Euros. Within the framework of the project, which will be completed in 36 months, the construction of 6 tunnels with lengths of 0.3 km, 2 km, 0.5 km, 1.1 km and 3.8 km (twin tunnels), together with the construction of two viaducts with 452 m and 647 m lengths, will be carried out.
C 100 Compact Type Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 3375/2250 l. MEKA Twin-shaft mixer and the capacity of this plant is 100 m³/hour. It is equipped with a 4x 25 m³ MEKA Inline Type Aggregate Bin which has fully galvanized discharge chutes, a weighing hopper and a weighing conveyor. The inline Type Aggregate Bin is equipped with opening and closing top covers. The sand compartment of the aggregate inline bin includes a microwave-type moisture probe to adjust the water quantity exactly.
This Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with a hot deep galvanized main chassis. The supporting legs, main structure, cement, water and additive weight batchers, platforms, stairs, and parapets of the main chassis are all completely hot-deep galvanized. The main chassis is fully covered by trapeze cladding.
Yapı Merkezi is very satisfied about the hig performance and durability of the Meka Concrete Plant in this big and special Project in Slovenia.
MEKA contributes to Georgia's hydroelectric developments by providing the M100 mobile concrete batching plant for two major power plant projects in the Guria region. With a production capacity of 100 m³ per hour and durable features designed for challenging environments, MEKA ensures efficient concrete production, reinforcing its commitment to excellence in global infrastructure projects.
MoreThe Tunisian company, one of the largest contracting companies in the country, which will realize the important highway project in Tunisia, did not want to take risks in this critical project and preferred MEKA MB-100W batching plant.
MoreThe Mexican aggregate production industry is evolving faster than ever. The increasing demand for roads, housing and infrastructure in the country creates a need to produce more and more raw materials at competitive prices with minimal environmental impact. The constant and consistent supply of quality aggregates is one of the industry’s prime challenges.
MoreIn our 250 t/h capacity plant, which we established in Bou Saâda, Algeria, superior performance and efficiency have been achieved.
