Portable Horizontal Wash plants are wheel-mounted, and provide a combination of quality, reliability, performance, long service life while operating under the most demanding applications. MEKA Portable Wash Plants combine horizontal, triple-shaft screens with a complete spray system. The screens are complemented by twin dewatering fine washers and fitted with strategically placed nozzles for material scrubbing. High capacity fine washers deliver the fine aggregates while chutes and cross conveyors deliver the sized products.

APPLICATIONS
Both natural and manufactured aggregates contain deleterious material which needs to be removed.
Processing these materials typically requires various steps including wet screening, dewatering and conveying equipment to meet their desired specifications.
