The last days of 2022 have witnessed the delivery of a MEKA  and screening plant in CHELYABINSKAYA District, Russia. 

Under harsh winter conditions, plant is erected and brought into operation with the support of our valued solution partner MEKA RUSSIA.

Plant capacity is already exceeding customer’s requirements and MEKA has proven once more that it is the choice of professionals, and it continues to provide services for the industry with its strong engineering infrastructure and be the primary choice of aggregate producers’ in the world with its high quality and reliable and screening equipment.

A Custom Solution Tailored to Project

We have an extensive knowledge base and adaptability when it comes to speciality. 

During the design process and the selection of equipment, we worked hand in hand with our customer’s technical staff to comply with a long list of pre-requisites. 

These pre-requisites stemmed from a long list of conditions, which included particularly the following domains; 

Granite with a complex physical and mechanical structure,

Extremely difficult climatic conditions,

Inaccessible area,

Plant layout suitable for future expansion.

Plant Design Criteria

The solution for this plant included engineering, supply of all required equipment and steel structures, installation supervision, commissioning by our service engineers, and timely supply of spare and wear parts.

            • Material to be processed is Granite with a solid density of 2.7 tons/m³, Abrasion index (A¡) 0,55 ± 0,1

            • Feed material size : 0-800 mm 

            • 7 grades of products are produced

            • The hourly production of required products is 200 metric tons/hour.
