One of our customers in Algeria has two operating screening plants. He is very experienced in the field. He had noticed the rising demand for 0-4 mm c sand in Algeria and decided to invest in this area. After meeting with MEKA, we invited him to see our manufacturing facilities and our efforts, so he didn’t hesitate to begin working with us.
Then we started to design and manufacture a providing the most accurate solution for our customer. The plant’s capacity is 200 t/h and it produces 0-4 mm. The 25-40mm over stock material is again in two tertiary impact then separated as 0-4 and 0-6 mmm passing through the twin vibrating screens. The final product is stocked in stock silos of 300 tonne capacity. It allows the trucks to be loaded under the silos without any loss of time so the loading efficiency increases and the number of required worker decreases for the loading process. This project is one of our first projects in Algeria which we delivered without any problem.
