MEKA together with our local solution partner MEKA RUSSIA(MR) is proud to announce the delivery of a and screening plant in SVERDLOVSKAYA District, Russia. Thanks to our valued partnership with MR and our growing reputation for quality and reliability, MEKA is now considered a market-leading manufacturer for in Russia.
MEKA can be used to solve problems of any complexity, such as working in difficult climatic and/or inaccessible areas with materials with a complex physical and mechanical structure. The solution for this plant included engineering, supply of all required equipment and steel structures, installation supervision, commissioning by our service engineers, and timely supply of spare and wear parts. The plant is brought into operation in 2021 and the result has already surpassed the expectations.
Plant Design Criteria
• Material to be processed is Limestone with a solid density of 2.7 tons/m³
• Feed material size : 0-700 mm
• 7 grades of products are produced
• The hourly production of required products is 250 metric tons/hour.
