The Italian company, Rizzani de Eccher is a specialized international company which works on the construction and infrastructure sectors for long years.

These expressways will link the Algeria’s ports to the East-West highway, with the aim of reducing congestion and improving traffic flow. The expressway measuring 30km long will link the port of Skikda with the East-West highway. Larger still, a 111km highway will be built linking Djendjen port to Algeria’s East-West highway through El-Eulma. This project has been handled by a consortium comprising Algerian and Italian companies; Rizzani De Eccher, EPE/SPA, ETRHB Haddad, and SAPTA.
