Kazakhstan, which is the biggest country among the Turkish Republics in Central Asia, continues to renovate and develop infrastructure with diverse projects. On a geographical scale, Kazakhstan is three times bigger than Turkey however the density of the population is four times less than of Turkey’s. Therefore, the settlements in the country are lowly populated and are at great distances from each other. Considering these conditions, some difficulties are faced in providing infrastructure services to the entire population in the northern part of the country that is dominated by a severe winter climate.
Contractor companies, which work under these hard circumstances, prefer working with construction machines and plants, which provide a qualified service and that are not in the need of constant repair and maintenance for accomplishing their commitment. In this context, Meka was chosen again by Kazakhstan for previously having met the exactions and for its compliance with the specifications on the former projects.
