Recently installed MEKA MB-C120 Compact Plant has 3,33 m³ MEKA Twin-shaft Mixer and 4x 25 m³ Aggregate Inline Bin. Besides this, MEKA MB-C120 Compact is equipped with a completely hot-dip galvanized main chassis (mixer chassis) as standard. Completely galvanized heavy-duty and stable main chassis of MEKA MB-C120 allows extreme durability, safe transportation, continuous long-life operation, and sensitive weighing by minimizing the vibrations to the weighing batchers. 4x 25 m³ Aggregate Inline Bin is also completely hot dip galvanized in this plant specially.

MEKA MB-C120 Compact Plant was designed with steel foundation for cement silos and steel foundation for main chassis and steel extension legs for under 4x 25 m³ Aggregate Inline Bin. By the means of these pieces of equipment, the plant can be placed on zero ground level without any additional foundation legs.

MEKA MB-C120 Compact Plant was also designed for complying with HeidelbergCement standards. All required safety precautions were applied to this  successfully as made in previous HeidelbergCement plants. Mixer safety lock system supplies high-level security for operators and maintenance team during operation and maintenance. Besides this cement silos are equipped with a cement silo filling system (pinch valve system) for filling cement into cement silo safely.

The control cabin in MEKA MB-C120 Compactlant is a part of the main chassis and allows perfect site view and quick installation since all the cables are prewired into the control cabin.

To be able to fill aggregate into 4x 25 m³ Aggregate Inline Bin more effectively, MEKA MB-C120 Compact Plant has Radial Type Aggregate Prefeeder. By the means of this Radial Type Aggregate Prefeeder, there is no need to make an aggregate loading ramp.
