SPEED, CAPACITY AND ACCURACY ALL TOGETHER WITH SPECIALLY DESIGNED MEKA AGGREGATE BIN

Special 135, 180 and 250 m³/h capacity MEKA are used for Istanbul 3rd Airport project which will have the greatest passenger capacity. Within the scope of supply of this plant project aiming for speed, high capacity and simultaneously high accuracy and quality, a unique Aggregate Bin is used. These bins which are designed completely by MEKA have individual weighing systems. Under each section that has 75 m3 capacity, there is a weighing hopper only for that section. Total capacity of the bin with 5 sections is more than 375 m3. Optionally, it is also possible to produce a bin with 4 sections and 300 m³ capacity.

Individual weighing system can simultaneously weigh all types and sizes of aggregates in each section in the recipes and can reach a significant speed in cases where more than 2 types of aggregate is used. Apart from that, it has high accuracy up to 1/1000 since weighing card is added to PLC for weighing hopper under each section and weighing hopper is only for that type of aggregate.
