MEKA has successfully completed the installation of a remarkable stationary concrete batching plant, model K 140, near Cairo, Egypt, for a leading customer in the ready-mix concrete production sector. This state-of-the-art plant is designed to meet daily concrete production needs and has a capacity of 140 m³/h and offers high productivity and performance standards.
The K 140 Stationary Concrete Batching Plant, which was commissioned in this important project in Egypt thanks to the meticulous work of MEKA engineers, has a Twinshaft mixer with a capacity of 3.33 m³ and an in-line type aggregate bunker with a capacity of 4x25 m³.
The aggregate pouring chutes, aggregate dosing bunker and aggregate weighing conveyor located under the aggregate bunker in K 140 concrete batching plants are completely dip galvanized for long life.
In addition, in K 140 concrete batching plants, the main chassis carrier construction, all water-cement-additive weighing groups on the mixer, aggregate accumulation bunker, all main chassis walkways, railings and stairs are completely dip galvanized. This provides a great advantage to users in order to extend the life of these units, which are especially exposed to water, and to increase their corrosion resistance.
Another prominent feature of the stationary concrete batching plant installed in Egypt is the fully automatic control system. Equipped with Siemens PLC and MEKASoft software developed by MEKA engineers, this system stands out with its user-friendly interface and easy operation. In this way, the ready-mixed concrete production process can be managed more efficiently, quickly and smoothly.
The high-capacity and high-performance K 140 Stationary Concrete Batching Plant is especially preferred by ready-mixed concrete companies.
MEKA contributes to Georgia's hydroelectric developments by providing the M100 mobile concrete batching plant for two major power plant projects in the Guria region. With a production capacity of 100 m³ per hour and durable features designed for challenging environments, MEKA ensures efficient concrete production, reinforcing its commitment to excellence in global infrastructure projects.
MoreThe Tunisian company, one of the largest contracting companies in the country, which will realize the important highway project in Tunisia, did not want to take risks in this critical project and preferred MEKA MB-100W batching plant.
MoreThe Mexican aggregate production industry is evolving faster than ever. The increasing demand for roads, housing and infrastructure in the country creates a need to produce more and more raw materials at competitive prices with minimal environmental impact. The constant and consistent supply of quality aggregates is one of the industry’s prime challenges.
