MEKA Concrete Batching Plants Continue to Be the Leader in the Kuwait Market

Meka has installed a new C 120 Compact Type Concrete Batching Plant together with its Kuwait dealer  BOODAI  Trading Company for their Customer who is one of the biggest ready-mix manufacturers in Kuwait.

The batching plant which was installed by MEKA engineers successfully recently is C 120 Compact Type Batching Plant which has a capacity is 120 m³ compacted /hour. C 120 Compact Type is equipped with a hot deep galvanized main chassis. The supporting legs, main structure, cement, water and additive weight batchers, platforms, stairs, and parapets of the main chassis are all completely hot-deep galvanized. Completely galvanized heavy and stable main chassis allows extreme durability,  continuous long-life operation and very sensitive weighing by minimizing the vibrations to the scales.

C 120 Compact Type Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 5000/3330 l. MEKA Twin-shaft mixer with double discharge chute. The serial production can be executed with double discharge chutes without any truck mixer approach lost time. The truck mixers can easily approach the e-discharge points from 3 different directions (180 ° approach opportunity).

Related to Kuwait’s hot climate requirements, MEKA designs this batching plant with an ice-weighing batcher, micro silica weighing system, and a second independent cement weight batcher for GGBS / fly ash. The batching plant includes a 4x 25 m³ MEKA Inline Type Aggregate Bin which has fully galvanized discharge chutes: a weighing hopper and a weighing conveyor.
