MEKA, which can meet the needs of both ready-mixed concrete companies and construction companies in many large and small construction projects in Turkey, continues to rapidly increase its references in Turkey in 2023.
In 2023, MEKA, which are preferred in many construction projects both in the earthquake zone and outside the earthquake zone in Turkey, continues to be the first choice of its old customers.
Erişsan, which has ready-mixed concrete production facilities in Bursa, Ankara Kazan and Ankara Yenimahalle, preferred Meka again in its new investment in Gölmarmara-Manisa. The facility established for ready-mixed concrete production is 120 BM Meka Mobile Concrete Batching Plant. 120 m³/hour production capacity mobile concrete batching plant is equipped with 3,33 m³ Meka twinshaft mixer. It has 4x 25 m³ capacity aggregate bins and a mobile (wheeled - towable type) main chassis on which all mixer, cement-water-additive weighing groups, mixer and mixer feeding belt are placed.
This plant, which can be easily and quickly installed, can be easily shipped and relocated to another location at the end of the project. It does not require special concrete foundations as it can be installed on flat concrete ground.
Equipped with 3 100 ton cement silos, the plant in Manisa has a Computerized Fully Automatic Control System with Siemens PLC. The plant, which has MEKASoft concrete software developed by Meka engineers, has become a new link in the trust of Erişsan company in MEKA.
