Meka Engineers installed a new C30 Compact
Concrete Plant for a zinc and lead mine in North Macedonia. This mine is the
largest underground operating mine in the Republic of North Macedonia. It is
located approximately 150 km east of the capital Skopje and 12 km north of
Makedonska Kamenica.
Our customer; One of the largest mining companies
in North Macedonia, part of international metal companies based in London UK;
They preferred Meka quality for their needs in their mines. The C30 Compact
Concrete Plant established in this mine has a Concrete Production capacity of
30 m³/hour. In this facility, there is a 0.5 m³ Meka Single Shaft mixer that
can easily produce all kinds of concrete. There are 4 x 7 m³ cross-type
aggregate hoppers and collapsible top covers to protect the aggregates from
environmental effects. Meka also installed 2 microwave-type moisture probes for
the 2 sand chambers to control the moisture content in the sand.
The C30 Compact Concrete Batching
Plant is equipped with a skip-lift aggregate bucket to use the mine site more
efficiently and to make the plant more compact. There is a 75 ton bolted type
cement silo and equipment in the facility. The facility has an advanced Meka
Software system created by Meka's own software engineers and a SIEMENS
PLC-based Fully Automatic Control System.
MEKA contributes to Georgia's hydroelectric developments by providing the M100 mobile concrete batching plant for two major power plant projects in the Guria region. With a production capacity of 100 m³ per hour and durable features designed for challenging environments, MEKA ensures efficient concrete production, reinforcing its commitment to excellence in global infrastructure projects.
MoreThe Tunisian company, one of the largest contracting companies in the country, which will realize the important highway project in Tunisia, did not want to take risks in this critical project and preferred MEKA MB-100W batching plant.
MoreThe Mexican aggregate production industry is evolving faster than ever. The increasing demand for roads, housing and infrastructure in the country creates a need to produce more and more raw materials at competitive prices with minimal environmental impact. The constant and consistent supply of quality aggregates is one of the industry’s prime challenges.
MoreIn our 250 t/h capacity plant, which we established in Bou Saâda, Algeria, superior performance and efficiency have been achieved.
