Our valued customer, one of Turkey's leading ceramic producers, has decided to transition to sustainable production methods in response to the global raw material crisis.. In this context, it has taken a step that focuses on waste management and resource reuse by drawing attention to the importance of recycling in the sector. To this end, the company collaborated with MEKA and established a special facility for recycling ceramic and sanitary ware products.
The recycling facility aims to reprocess scrap, broken, broken and rejected products generated during the production process and bring them into production. This will contribute to environmental sustainability and alleviate the cost pressure caused by the raw material crisis.
MPI1111 (Primary Impact Crusher), MVI70 (Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher), MS2050 (Vibrating Screen), MF935 (Vibrating Feeder) models are used in the facility. These equipment play critical roles in the processes of processing, separating and reusing waste materials. Thanks to MEKA's advanced technology products, the recycling plant operates with high efficiency and effectiveness, pioneering the adoption of an environmentally friendly production approach in the ceramics industry.
This initiative is considered an important step towards increasing sustainability and environmental awareness in the ceramics industry in Turkey and around the world. The company's efforts serve as a source of inspiration for other producers and contribute to the spread of innovative approaches and environmentally friendly production methods in the sector.
